Smoking Gun Palomino Light Roast Filter Blend Whole Bean

Palomino delivers some subtle fruit notes like pear and apple and it has very pleasant and mellow acidity. Plus, it's sweet and toasty - like caramel - with a surprising amount of body for a light roast coffee. We were all very pleased and proud of how it came out.

This was designed for filter or pourover, but it works as a light espresso as well.
