Refund policy

At Threshold, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read below to ensure no product-specific return policies apply.

Our return policy lasts 7 days for all in-store purchases and curbside pick-up orders, and 30 days for all online purchases (from the date the package has been received). This policy applies to regular priced merchandise only. If the return window has expired, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shoes must be in new condition with no outsole wear and must include the original box.


Items that are final sale and exempt from return include:

  • Sale items
  • Socks
  • Items sold using a promotional discount code
  • Consumables
  • Gift cards
  • Nutrition products with the seal broken: gels, energy bars, drink mixes/tablets
  • Intimate or sanitary products such as sports bras and undergarments


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you receive your order and it is damaged or incomplete, please contact us and we will do our best to get you fixed up and back out running.

To start a return, please email bonjour@thresholdcollective.cc. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If you ordered online but would like to process a return in person, we will happily help at our Huntsville location. 


EXCHANGES, BUNDLES AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

We would like to remind our customers that any returns of purchased items may disqualify them from any promotional offers or benefits that they have previously qualified for. Examples of these benefits may include, but are not limited to, free shipping for a minimum spend of $150, discounts for bundling products, holiday site-wide discounts or free gifts with purchase.

Please be advised that the refunded amount for returned products may not be equal to the purchased value, and any promotional benefits received from the original purchase will be withheld. By submitting a return request, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

The quickest way to do a size exchange is to purchase the new item and return the item you wish to exchange. We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
