When it comes to processing and shipping your orders, we partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, Canpar, or Canada Post. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order is placed, adjustments or cancellations are not possible. However, you'll receive an email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. At Threshold, we understand the convenience of in-store pickup for our local customers. If you select this fulfillment option during checkout, you will receive a follow-up email notification once your order is ready for pickup. Our pickup location is conveniently located at Threshold Café, situated at 38 Main St E in Huntsville. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or misplaced, we advise you to verify the shipping address and check for any attempted delivery notices. Please wait for 3 days, as packages may occasionally show as delivered up to 36 hours before actual arrival. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost due to theft or left unattended. Additionally, we do not refund or reship packages marked as delivered by the carrier, and we do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.
