Shipping

At Threshold Collective, we aim to streamline your shopping experience with our shipping policy. Our coffee subscriptions are designed to be hassle-free, automatically fulfilled and dispatched at the intervals you select once payment is processed. Should there be any issues with payment, rest assured that shipping of your subscription will be paused until payment is successfully completed.

When it comes to processing and shipping your orders, we partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, Canpar, or Canada Post. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order is placed, adjustments or cancellations are not possible. However, you'll receive an email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. In the rare event that you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please reach out to us at help@thresholdcollective.cc.

Your order will be shipped via standard methods through Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Canpar, depending on your delivery address. Please allow an estimated 3-7 business days for your order to arrive.

At Threshold, we understand the convenience of in-store pickup for our local customers. If you select this fulfillment option during checkout, you will receive a follow-up email notification once your order is ready for pickup. Our pickup location is conveniently located at Threshold Café, situated at 38 Main St E in Huntsville. We look forward to serving you and providing a seamless shopping experience, whether you choose shipping or in-store pickup. 

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or misplaced, we advise you to verify the shipping address and check for any attempted delivery notices. Please wait for 3 days, as packages may occasionally show as delivered up to 36 hours before actual arrival. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost due to theft or left unattended. Additionally, we do not refund or reship packages marked as delivered by the carrier, and we do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages. Threshold will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once the parcel has departed our facility.

It's important to note that customers are responsible for original shipping charges, applicable Customs Import fees, and return shipping costs. Hours of operation

No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm EST), on weekends or on holidays.

Overnight shipping

If you require overnight shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 pm EST. If you place an order after 12:00 pm EST, your order will be processed to go out the next business day.

Policy & terms

By placing an order at Threshold, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fees and/or surcharges and the cost of return shipping back to Threshold. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

Standard Shipping

 

Standard shipments will be dispatched via Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, or Canpar depending on the delivery address. Please allow approximately 3-7 business days for delivery of your order.

 

Express Shipping

 

Express shipments will be dispatched via Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, or Canpar depending on the delivery address. Please allow approximately 1-3 business days for delivery of your order.

 

Priority Shipping

 

Priority shipments will be dispatched via Fedex, UPS, or Canpar depending on the delivery address. Orders dispatched before 1:00pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be delivered by the end of the next business day. Please note that some postal codes and rural addresses may take longer for delivery. 

Pre-orders

If you have purchased any pre-order item(s), the item(s) will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. You will receive tracking information as soon as we get your order and an additional email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Payment for pre-order items will be collected upon placement of the order.

Missing items

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. Please wait 3 days - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.We will not replace merchandise that has been misplaced due to theft or a package being left outside for any length of time. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the postal service.We will not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.

Refunds & store credit

For refunds or store credit, you may ship items to our warehouse using any prepaid and trackable return method.
