Please wait for confirmation email prior to pickup. For local pick-up, we will contact you when your item is ready. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and identification when you pick up your order. In-stock orders will be shipped within 2 business days.

THRESHOLD REFUND POLICY

At Threshold, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read below to ensure no product-specific return policies apply.

Our return policy lasts 7 days for all in-store purchases and curbside pick-up orders, and 14 days for all online purchases (from the date the package has been received). This policy applies to regular priced merchandise only. If the return window has expired, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Consumable products are non-refundable. Items that are final sale and exempt from return include:

• Sale items
• Subscriptions, prepaid or pay-as-you-go
• Items sold using a promotional discount code
• Consumable products such as coffee beans, chocolate, or café pastries
• Gift cards
• Nutrition products with the seal broken: gels, energy bars, drink mixes/tablets

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns from online sales and in-store purchases must be returned to:

If you receive your order and it is damaged or incomplete, please contact us and we will do our best to get you fixed up and back out running. Please visit us in-store, call us at 705-789-9494 or email bonjour@thresholdcollective.cc to initiate your return or exchange.

EXCHANGES, BUNDLES AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

We would like to remind our customers that any returns of purchased items may disqualify them from any promotional offers or benefits that they have previously qualified for. Examples of these benefits may include, but are not limited to, free shipping for purchase of over 2lb of coffee, discounts for bundling products, or free gifts with purchase.

Please be advised that the refunded amount for returned products may not be equal to the purchased value, and any promotional benefits received from the original purchase will be withheld. Any applicable deductions will be clearly communicated through the Return Portal before the return is processed. By submitting a return request, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

The quickest way to do a size exchange is to purchase the new item and return the item you wish to exchange. We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.
