Santa Margarita is in large part operated by women. In addition to women coffee pickers, women are in charge of the grafting program and of running the farm's school and health clinic.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCamila is a member of the International Women's Coffee Alliance (\u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.womenincoffee.org\/\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eIWCA\u003c\/a\u003e) and for a time was vice president of the IWCA Guatemala chapter.
